    *Powers of Attorney and assignments must be notarized and legalized via the Jordanian consulate in your home country. The agent will invoice directly for this.

  • A certified copy of the priority document, and its certified English and Arabic translation, should be submitted at the time of filing the application. Late filing of the documents is possible within 60 days from filing but will result in a late fee, invoiced by the agent.

  • A certified copy of the certificate of incorporation of the applicant company is required. No legalization necessary.

  • The Power of Attorney, assignment and certificate of incorporation should be submitted to the Jordanian Patent Office within 60 days from the date of filing the application (extensions are available). All documents need to be translated into English and Arabic. Late submission of missing documents (such as POA) will incur a charge, invoiced by the agent. All supporting documents for filing must be translated into Arabic, invoiced by the agent.
