inovia to Explore Foreign Filing Best Practices at IP Counsel Café

WHAT:
inovia, the leading foreign filing platform provider, today announced that Justin Simpson, its founder and executive director, will moderate a panel on foreign filing best practices at next week's IP Counsel Café in Palo Alto, CA.
With limited budgets, companies are re-evaluating where they are filing and prosecuting their patents. In a session entitled, "Foreign Filing and Prosecution," Simpson will lead a group of panelists to discuss defensive filing strategies and enforcement, structuring foreign filing rights, and how best to position your company for growth.
