inovia Ranks 4th Worldwide for PCTs in 2010
New York, NY · October 4, 2010 · inovia, the leading foreign filing platform provider, has ranked 4th worldwide in Managing IP's "Top PCT Filing Firms", handling the national stage entry of 638 PCTs in 2010.
