inovia Founder to Moderate Panel on "Foreign Filing: Experiences in Asia and Europe"
Palo Alto, CA · March 29, 2010 · inovia, the leading foreign filing platform, today announced that its Executive Director and Founder Justin Simpson will moderate a panel on "Foreign Filing and Foreign Prosecution: Experiences in Asia and Europe" at the annual IP Counsel Café conference "Future of IP and Entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley and Beyond" on April 14, 2010. At the conference, inovia will also release the findings of its recent survey on US IP Trends: Global Patent Protection in 2010.
The "Foreign Filing and Foreign Prosecution: Experiences in Asia and Europe" panel at IP Counsel Café will explore how legal departments faced with increased budget cuts have become more discriminating. Fellow panelists Brett G.
