• Coordinate all aspects of filing international patent applications in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment; Provide instructions to foreign associates, assemble and transmit all required documents.
• Help monitor and track foreign filing patent deadlines and ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely manner;
• Work closely with foreign patent agents, clients and internal personnel;
• Assist in completion of IP group projects as requested, including, but not limited to, processing orders, invoicing, preparation of cost estimates and status reports.
